Windsor Displays Terms and Conditions of Supply:
All goods, designs and artwork remain the property of Windsor Creative Communications (T/A Windsor Displays) until payment is received in full. Unless Windsor Displays has specified otherwise in writing, all goods are supplied on a proforma basis and will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

All prices quoted on our website and brochures are subject to confirmation at time of order and are exclusive of VAT, which will be chargeable in accordance with legislation current at date of supply.

All goods received by the customer must be checked immediately on receipt of the order. If any damages or discrepancies are found, these must be reported to Windsor Displays within 2 days of receipt of goods for replacements to be made. After this time, faulty goods will fall under warranties (if applicable).

Cancellation & Refunds
If paying by card over the phone for standard products, customers are entitled to cancel the payment within 1 working day from payment being made. If goods have been sent prior to order cancellation, the customer is responsible for returning the goods in the same condition as they were shipped for a refund. For custom or bespoke goods, customers have 1 working day to cancel their order.

We do not offer refunds for unwanted goods. This is due to the fact that many of our products are made to customer specific orders and could not be resold. Windsor Displays tries to ensure that all goods requested and supplied are suitable for the customer’s needs prior to order taking place.

Windsor Displays will only take back products that can be resold, so returned orders must be sent back in the same condition as they were received within 14 days from delivery date. All sizes, dimensions and information regarding our displays are available either from our website, literature or sales personnel.

Manufacturers warranty on equipment sold will vary between products. When ordering equipment, whether we are installing or on a supply only basis, it is the customer’s responsability to ensure that they are aware of the relevant warranty conditions on the goods they are purchasing.

For electrical goods, you will have a standard return to base warranty unless an increased cover has been taken out by the customer, which can be offered by Windsor Displays. This will apply to goods installed by Windsor Displays or equipment on a supply only basis.

Should a fault develop during normal use the unit must be re-packaged in its original boxing and returned to Windsor Displays (within the warranty term). The unit will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer. Exclusions to the warranty include physical damage, particularly to the screen or pins/card reader (as applicable), fuses of any nature, damage following misuse or mis-handling.
