iSmash – the high street high tech brand specialising in the express repair of smartphones tablets and computers.
With 29 high street stores across London and now covering the UK, iSmash were looking for a digital solution to replace static window posters which were costly and labour intensive to deploy.
Initially they trialled our Android USB updatable slimline digital displays. Once they were happy with the way the units worked, they then decided to look at the possibility of upgrading to a CRM cloud based updatable system. This was easily implemented with the addition of cloud media players for the installed USB versions.
Subsequently iSmash moved to networkable, cloud based units which have no requirement for the external extra Media player.
As the company have grown and opened new stores and kiosks they now opt for our High Bright Digital Signage Screens, when positioning in shop windows displays, and now use the Digital Menu Boards as instore meet the team Digital Signage.
iSmash made £1M revenue within it’s first 11 months and has rapidly expanded to 26 high street, train station and shopping centre locations with £16M revenue. The company now successfully runs and controls their 30 plus android digital posters remotely from head office and are able to update any screen or all screens at the touch of a button.
Their digital signage solution continues to be rolled out across their stores including the cloud based CMS (content management) system. As well as providing mounting solutions and products to fit each individual stores requirements.
