When the first and only Jamaica Bank in UK came to the heart of Brixton in London, MDC Group designed a stunning space that paid respect to the heritage of its brand and homeland.
The 3 x 3 LCD video wall was installed within a wall of fern and foliage to create a stunning centrepiece to engage the bank’s loyal customers. The bank’s inspiring mission pledges to help customers, “…boldly move, live, work, play, and raise families with confidence”.
With 3 x 3 video walls there is creative scope to utilise one giant digital canvas or to split messaging using individual or sections of the 9 screens to blend adverts with text and graphics.
The video wall has external connectivity to allow visiting presenters to connect to the screen for presentation events.
The overall result is a biophilic design which blends Jamaican heritage with modern technology and an outstanding collaborative space without any stereotypical bank counters.
