Graphic Brands aimed to craft an exceptionally eye-catching exhibition stand, with a substantial LCD video wall as the focal point to dominate their display. As a creative agency specialising in packaging design and print for the food & drink and health & beauty sectors, their annual presence at London's Olympia was of utmost importance.
The centrepiece of this venture was a formidable video wall, comprising a total of 12 specialized 55-inch video wall screens. These screens had to be seamlessly integrated into a newly designed and purpose-built stand.
In preparation for the 2021 exhibition at Windsor, the team meticulously attended to the stand builders and conducted a comprehensive dry run, ensuring that every element fit seamlessly together and met the client's approval. Following this, all the screens were carefully packed into flight cases and transported to the exhibition venue.
The project also encompassed a de-rigging process at the end of the exhibition, which involved disassembling all the screens, including an additional screen situated at the edge of the stand, and the accompanying audio speakers.
The exhibition received a positive reception, and as a testament to the success of the project, Windsor was invited back to reinstall the same setup on a slightly modified stand for September 2022. This project serves as a testament to the power of creativity and effective presentation in leaving a lasting impact at important industry events.
